What was Refine?

Refine was an incubator for new decorrelated alignment "research bets". Since no approach is very promising right now for solving alignment, the purpose of this was to come up with a bunch of independent new ideas, and hopefully some of these will work.

Refine was shut down after one round, passing the torch to SERI MATS.
